This receiver will work with 12/24v ac/dc selectable by links on the pcb. It provides relay 1 with a common, n/o and n/c contacts. Relays 2,3 & 4 are n/o but there are programmable options for the operation. To program press button on receiver then when red light is on press remote button 1 on remote ....Thats it programmed ! Paypal or Pay with a debit or credit card
